Output from Third Parties.

Blocking of IP Addresses

Tax and Fees
We display all prices and charges for our Service excluding taxes and fees. Taxes and fees, where applicable and in accordance with applicable laws, will be applied to the invoices issued by us. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCRATIVE CONVERSIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, LOSS OF USE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF REPUTATION AND/OR CONTRACT, DOWNTIME COSTS, INCREASED OPERATIONAL EXPENSES, LOSS OF OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF LUCRATIVE CONVERSIONS FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR, IF WE CHOOSE, TO SUPPLYING YOU THE SERVICE AGAIN).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCRATIVE CONVERSIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
Lucrative Conversions shall not be held accountable for any delays in performance or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond the reasonable control of Lucrative Conversions.

You affirm and guarantee that you consistently adhere to all relevant laws, including sanctions and export control regulations, concerning all activities conducted herein and your utilization of the Service.
